Coaching Exercises

Here are some exercises that you might wish to try yourself to help identify where you are currently and where you'd like to be in the future. They do not take the place of a 'real' coaching session (you would expect me to say that!) however, they can be helpful as a starting point in identifying where you would like your life to change and steps to take.

If you would like to talk through these exercises, or what they have brought up for you once you have completed them, please get in touch.

Wheel of Life

The Wheel of Life is an effective tool used in coaching and personal development that allows people to 'check-in' on their life and their current goals. It is used as a simple yet powerful diagnostic and assessment device that provides clarity and allows you to evaluate the different areas of your life.

Be, Do, Have

This activity is one of my favourites and it provides you with an opportunity  to explore everything that you want to be, do or have. This will help you to set short, medium and long-term goals with actions to achieve them.

Click here for guidance on how to undertake this exercise - good luck!
